Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping:
Most purchases are shipped from our store in Saratoga Springs to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.

Express Shipping:
For an additional charge of $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations.

Special Order Items:
Custom-manufactured items shipped directly from the supplier will arrive within 1-2 weeks (large items may take longer).
Perishable items are shipped from the supplier and will arrive within 1 week, as noted in the item's description and in the shopping basket.

Gift Wrapping:
Most items can be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $5.00 per item.  (Please indicate that you would like gift wrapping in the comment section of your order!)

Gift Certificates:
There is no shipping charge for gift certificates if you select standard U.S. Postal Service delivery, 7-10 days. For $6.50, we will provide two-day service.
